Terms & Conditions
1.Gratuity and applicable fees/taxes will be added to all trips unless other arrangements have been made upon booking. All deposits are NON refundable.
2. Our Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle negligently caused by them or any member of their party during the duration of the rental.
3.A fee of 250.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in some of our vehicles and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
4. Waiting time charge will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet for all transfers originating at a city address .
5. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather and/or unsafe road conditions (i.e.mud slides, accidents, etc.).
6. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
9.We require 2(two) hours cancellation notice for pickups originating in Los Angeles Metro area prior to scheduled pick up time for Airport Sedan
service and 24 hours for all other services to avoid late cancellation or no-show charges. If you’re not able to locate your driver, please call us immediately at 818-957-5466. No-show charge will be applied if a customer fails to contact us by phone before leaving scheduled pick up area. Some restrictions may apply.
